The Mazama Community Club is available for rental.
Renters and their guests need to follow current COVID rules and regulations
in effect at the time of their event.
DOWNLOAD RENTAL AGREEMENT AND APPLICATION
1st: Verify on the Calendar page of this website that the date you wish to use
the Mazama Community Club is available.
2nd: Print this document, fully complete it, and mail the first page, your checks,
plus any required documentation to the MCC address listed on the first page.
(At this time we cannot accept Rental Payment via Credit/Debit/PayPal.)

The Rental Manager will contact you to complete the rental process.
Dues and Donations may be paid online
with your Credit/Debit Card or PayPal .
Rental Fees must be paid by check.

Mazama Community Club Membership Annual Dues.
Options include Base Dues of $30 or Base Dues + a Set Donation Amount.
If you have Updated Member Info or if you are a New Member, also
complete the NEW OR UPDATED MEMBER INFO below to email us your info
or use the MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION below to print, complete, and snail-mail.

To become a Mazama Community Club member, please print, fully complete,
and mail this form along with your check to the address on the form.
You may also use the Buy Now button above to pay via Credit/Debit/PayPal.
Then mail in your completed application to the MCC or complete
the NEW OR UPDATED MEMBER INFO form above to email it to the MCC.
