THE MAZAMA COMMUNITY CLUB
WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR RENTAL AFTER
BELOW IS THE CRITERIA FOR RENTING THE MCC.
The MCC building is available for Methow Valley residents or organizations who are MCC members to rent for business or social meetings, workshops, presentations, small weddings, receptions, parties...most any type of event!
A maximum of 50 people may be in the building.
The building boasts a commercial kitchen and two restrooms. The rent includes 4 large 3' x 8' tables, several card tables, 42 padded folding chairs, and about 50 metal folding chairs. The main room is about 24' x 36' minus a 9' x 9' coat closet/storage room.
There are 6 picnic tables outside, as well as a basketball court and playground. The building is surrounded by tall trees, is nicely landscaped, and has a gorgeous view of Goat Wall. Plus 200 kilometers of cross country ski trails can be accessed right out the back door!
To rent this quaint historical building, please review, complete, and submit a Rental Agreement and Application, which may be printed from the Rental Application~Dues~Donations~Membership Application page on this site...select the Forms + Dues tab. Please be sure to first verify when the MCC is available on the Calendar page on this site. Rental rates are listed on the Rental Agreement and Application. Let us know if you would like to host a community event...such as a dance....potluck...class...race...etc. The rental fee may be waived for a community event...although due to rising maintenance costs, we now request a $30+ donation, which you may be able to cover by providing a donation basket at your event...provided there is no fee for your event, it is open to the whole community, it is posted at least on the MCC building and at the Mazama Store, and it is printed in the What's Happening section of the Methow Valley News. There is a refundable cleaning/damage deposit. Please contact us at the email address above for further information. Methow Valley residents or organizations may become members of the Mazama Community Club for only $30 a year per family or organization. Please fully complete the Membership Info section, which is on the Forms + Dues tab of this website. Welcome to the Club!
